Using Public Transportation

・By Airplane
【Hanamaki Airport】 Iwatekenkoutsuu (Bus/About 10 min.) ・【Hanamaki Airport Station】 JR Tohoku Line (Car/About 1hourr 30 minutes) ・JR Oofunato Line (Car/About 1hour20 minutes.) 【Kesennuma Station】 Liner bus (30 min.) 【Takatamatsubara Sports Park】
*There will be a special liner bus service on the day. The number of buses and times are currently being adjusted.

By car

・From Sendai via Sanriku Auto Route (free of charge)
Approximate time required : 2 hours 30 minutes
From the Sendaikou Kita Interchange (Tohoku Expressway) to Rikuzentakata Osabe Interchange (Sanriku Auto Route), about 5 minutes.

・From Morioka via Tohoku Auto Route
Time required : About 2 hours
Morioka Minami Interchange (Tohoku Expressway) to (Kamaishi Expressway) to (National Route 107) to (National Route 340) to Kayooka Interchange
*Please refrain from getting on and off at the Rikuzentakata Interchange.

Please note that all parking lots are pay parking lots only, which must be reserved in advance. There are no free parking lots available.
Parking will be strictly enforced on the day of the event. If you are coming by car, please be sure to purchase a parking ticket together with your ticket.

Parking

●If you are coming by car, please be sure to purchase a parking ticket along with your ticket.
●Parking in any parking lot other than the designated parking lot or illegally parking on the roadway is an obstruction to the safety of nearby residents and emergency vehicles. Please do not do so at all.
●Please refrain from staying overnight in the car as the parking lot is closed after the fireworks display.

Tansportation

●If you are coming by car, please be sure to purchase a parking lot ticket together with your ticket.
●Parking in non-designated parking areas or illegally parking on the roadway is an obstruction to the safety of nearby residents and emergency vehicles. Please do not do this.
●The parking lot will be closed after the fireworks display, so you cannot stay overnight in your car.

Other

●There will be traffic restrictions on the roads in the area. Please note that some areas will be closed to traffic.
●There are few streetlights in the area, so to prevent accidents, please follow the instructions and guidance of the officials.
